Now that Geocities closed it’s doors, (more missed by spammers than actual users no doubt) Zoomshare has stepped up to welcome the spamming clientele.

While there’s no doubt legitimate users, Zoomeshare doesn’t appear to have any better spam/abuse management than did Geocities.
As is typical, most of the emails sent actually come from hacked/bogus Hotmail accounts:

While the sending address is likely spoofed, the email does come from Microsoft’s Hotmail.com servers, in this case:
from snt0-omc1-s9.snt0.hotmail.com ([65.55.90.20])
The email itself contains the link to the free spam hosting pages on Zoomshare http://www.sibienxogeh.zoomshare.com and this page in turn loads the spammer’s marketing images that hosted by another Microsoft spam-friendly tool: Livefilestore.com

While Zoomshare’s volume is still relatively low, messages coming to OnlyMyEmail.com clients that contain a Zoomshare.com domain have a very high probability of being spam, currently calculated at 92.79%.
