Another twist on the “You’re in legal trouble so you better visit our malware web site” tactic:
Subject: Contract terms breached.

The email actually comes from personal computers that have already become infected, and not from the claimed/spoofed “From” address (so there’s no point in responding). In many instances the infected PCs are located here in the United States.
The email itself goes on to warn/threaten you with legal action:

Hello,You are hereby put on notice that as of 7/1/2010 you are in breach of our contract dated 3/12/2007.
The nature of said breach is: False Advertising, Breach of Contract, Bad faith Breach of Contract, Fraud and Deceit.
It is our desire to inform you of the foregoing and afford you the opportunity to cure said breach.
You may in any event be held responsible for all damages arising from said breach.

Please use the CASE ID located at the end of the document to find the copy of the complaint.
You have until 10th of May 2010 to cure said breach, after which we will be forced to pursue further legal action.

The entire purpose of this legal action notice is to get you to visit the malware website, which will then attempt to infect your personal computer.
The date and “Case ID” number change in order to try and fool spam filters that look for an exact match, and of course the linked web site address can point to any number of infected systems.
